Ever since receiving his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Lausanne, Roman Vuille has been specializing in the development, protection and valorization of innovations, in particular in the field of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nutrition (nutraceuticals) and food products.

He served, in particular, as Vice-President (IP & Legal) of Debiopharm SA, Lausanne and as Head of the Nestlé Patent Department. Since 2002, he has been an independent advisor specialized in Intellectual Property. He regularly teaches patent drafting in various countries as part of the WIPO international training network. He is also associated partner of 2K Patentanwälte in Germany.

As professional representative, Dr. Roman Vuille is qualified to represent any natural or legal person before the European Patent Office. He is also a registered Swiss Patent Attorney.
